Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy:

If the BioSweats/Realsauna product you purchased is UNUSED, deemed to be UNWORN and in its ORIGINAL NEW PACKAGING, in RE-SELLABLE CONDITION, it can be returned or exchanged according to our return/exchange policy which is (30 days for United States customers and 45 days for International customers ) from the purchased date to the following address: 2220 EAST PALMDALE BLVD. #901411, PALMDALE, CA. 93550. Refunds will be given for merchandise that is returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION ONLY. Merchandise that has been worn, stained, or torn due to negligence WILL NOT be accepted for refunds, but returned to buyer at buyer's expense. Merchandise received and not in its original condition for a refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee, refunds will be given less shipping and handling charges and restocking fee. Items returned for even-exchange will not be subject to the restocking fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale on all clearance items is final.

2. Refund Policy:

If a product purchased is defective from manufacturer; Buyer can return the product in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within (30 days for United States customers and 45 days for International customers ) from the date of delivery to the following address: 2220 EAST PALMDALE BLVD. #901411, PALMDALE, CA. 93550. In such event; the company shall provide buyer a store credit or refund for the returned product purchased. If product has been worn or is not in original package with original tags/barcodes and stickers attached, and not in a NEW condition, there will be a 20% restocking fee

3. Reshipping Cost:

Buyer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us. Buyer will be charged an additional re-ship cost to ship item(s) back to them within United States or International address.

4. BioSweats Washing & Care Instructions:

The BioSweats Sauna Suit is machine washable. Please use regular detergent, no bleach necessary or recommended. Please allow suit to spin in spin cycle for several minutes to obtain maximum water removal. Use air cycle when drying your BioSweats Sauna Suit.

Do Not Dry Your BioSweats Sauna Suit With Heat

USE NO HEAT! You may also hang your suit inside out to dry in a well ventilated area. Do Not dry BIOSWEATS SAUNA SUIT with heat. DO NOT IRON.Additional care instructions can be found on the label on the suit
IMPORTANT!
Due to safe hygienic standards and personal care nature of BioSweats; these items CANNOT be accepted for refund or exchange if any of the following conditions below apply:
  • Item has been worn, sweated in/worked-out in, or stained.
  • Item was not returned in its original new packaging and is not in re-sellable condition with all original tags including labels with barcodes.
  • Buyer must submit a request for a return or exchange for all defected/damaged items within 5 days upon your item delivery date.
